Pomegranate ‘n’ Lime (hereafter referred to as “PnL”) adheres to high-quality standards and takes great care in packaging and delivering your orders. In the rare instance that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the exchange policy below.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE: Your purchase may be eligible for an exchange subject to the following criteria:

Products purchased from Pomegranate 'n' Lime are eligible for exchange for quality-related issues within 2 days of delivery, provided the original packaging and tags are intact and the product has not been used, washed, altered, or damaged.
Our Design Partner brands are not eligible for any exchanges.
Products showing signs of wear, dirt, or damage will not be accepted for exchange.
Home and Décor products are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product delivered has a manufacturing/quality defect or has been received damaged or broken.
Customers are requested to record a video or alternatively photograph and report any visible damage or defect when the package is opened.
This video/ photograph must be taken within 24 hours of the delivery and reported immediately.
After 48 hours of package delivery, your claim to exchange will not be valid.
Products purchased during a sale, promotional offer, or at discounted pricing are not be eligible for return or exchange.
Customised, personalised, made-to-order, or special/bulk orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift purchases made online are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Pomegranate 'n' Lime.
Products that do not meet the above eligibility criteria may be rejected.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide you with the next steps for the exchange.
